Time and Weather Restrictions: Burning is only permitted on even-numbered days, between one hour before sunrise and one hour after sunset or 7:00 PM, whichever is later. Burning is not allowed when wind velocity exceeds 15 mph or if it causes nuisance due to smoke or odor.

Distance Regulations: Burning in a barrel or fire pit must be at least 15 feet from property lines and 30 feet from any building, fence, or combustible material.

Penalties for Violation: Violations can result in fines ranging from $20 to $500, plus the costs of prosecution.
